To support the insurance sector, the full-time remote Pricing and Rating Analyst will apply P&C insurance rating principles, configure rates in various pricing platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance pricing methodologies. Key responsibilities Configure rates and inputs in Earnix, Ratabase, and Radar systems while integrating with policy administration systems Translate actuarial specifications into functional specifications and write user stories with clear acceptance criteria in JIRA Manage backlog and facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication between business and IT stakeholders Required qualifications Hands-on experience with Ratabase, Radar pricing platforms, and Python, including libraries such as PySpark, NumPy, and Pandas Strong understanding of P&C insurance rating principles and the end-to-end premium flow in policy life cycles Proven ability to partner with pricing, underwriting, and predictive modeling teams Experience in agile environments using tools like JIRA, JWM, or Rally for work reporting Ability to document code and data conversion processes for traceability and transparency
