I’m hiring for my client, a large, established organization in the Phoenix area, looking for a Pricing Analyst who loves getting into the numbers and building solutions in Excel.

This is not a traditional FP&A role . We’re looking for someone with a strong analytics mindset who can work with large data sets, build and improve financial/pricing models, and turn the analysis into a clear story for business partners.
What they’re looking for:
- Advanced Excel is a must
- Hands-on experience with VBA AND Macros
- SQL experience required
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Pricing, proposal, or similar analytics experience is a plus
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable partnering with sales and business leadership
- Bachelor’s degree required
