About the Opportunity
LHH is partnering with a well-established organization in the Phoenix area to hire a Pricing Analyst . This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical finance professional looking to expand their experience in pricing, profitability analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional business partnership.
The Pricing Analyst will support strategic pricing initiatives by analyzing revenue, costs, margins, and profitability and translating financial and operational data into actionable recommendations. This position will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other business partners and offers strong visibility and long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial models and profitability analyses for pricing initiatives, proposals, renewals, and service changes
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and overall financial viability
- Gather and validate financial, customer, and operational data
- Identify trends, financial risks, opportunities, and data inconsistencies
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, Billing, and other stakeholders
- Prepare ad hoc margin, trend, and results analyses
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking
- Evaluate existing pricing tools, models, and processes and recommend improvements
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of analytical experience within Pricing, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Sales Analysis, or a related area
- Solid understanding of revenue, margins, profitability, and financial analysis
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate financial insights
- Detail-oriented, driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Direct pricing experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with strong FP&A or financial analysis experience are encouraged to apply.
