Supporting the Operations Team, the full-time remote Price Transparency Coordinator will provide administrative and clerical assistance to Account Executives and the Price Transparency/No Surprises Act Team, managing calendars, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining client information. Key responsibilities: Assist in scheduling and coordinating internal and client meetings to optimize time management Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary Maintain and update client information in the Customer Relationship Management system and assist with data entry and report generation Required qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or administrative roles Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) General knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, and Revenue Codes Basic understanding of CMS regulations regarding Price Transparency and the No Surprise Act High School Diploma or GED required
