To support patient financial services, the full-time remote Price Estimation Representative III will assess insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs, address billing inquiries, and provide accurate estimates for health care services. Key responsibilities Evaluate and process incoming Good Faith estimates and inquiries from patients and families Obtain benefit information from third-party payers to inform patients about their expected out-of-pocket costs Develop audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial estimates and recommend corrections for discrepancies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience required Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Experience in health care financial services or related field preferred Knowledge of insurance reimbursement processes and billing practices Familiarity with Good Faith estimate regulations and standards
