You will work closely with the Press Operator and receive on-the-job training to help advance your career.Assist Press Operator with press setup and make-ready tasksOperate & maintain printing pressesInstall plates and blankets to ensure high-quality outputMake necessary color or register adjustmentsAssist in replacing press rollers using hand toolsPerform routine maintenance and minor repairsWhat We're Looking For:Mechanical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical adjustments on equipmentTechnical Knowledge: General experience with presses.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustmentsAttention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality production outputTeam Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPhysical & Technical Requirements:Physical Stamina: Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. FrequentlyEndurance: Must be able to stand for the entire shift (12 hours)Technical Skills: Ability to read job specifications, perform maintenance, read a micrometer, and use basic math & computer skillsAre you looking to build your career in printing?
