Diverse Staffing is hiring experienced Press Support Associates for a busy printing manufacturing facility in Norcross, GA. This opportunity offers steady second-shift hours, weekly pay, and the potential for long-term employment.
We are looking for dependable team members who can work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while helping keep production operations running smoothly and on schedule.
Job Duties
Stage raw materials, ink, and tooling for Flexo printing presses
Assist press operators with efficient make-ready processes
Return leftover materials and tooling to designated storage locations
Maintain raw material inventory using FIFO procedures
Interact with shipping and receiving teams to support inventory control
Help maintain organization of dies, print cylinders, anilox inventory, and other production tooling
Maintain pressroom cleanliness and organization
Assist with finishing operations as directed by management
Mount printing plates and prepare press equipment
Work with maintenance personnel to ensure equipment functions properly
Assist with quality control activities in the pressroom
Perform additional production support duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience required
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Punctual and dependable work history
Narrow web printing industry experience preferred
Vocational or technical training preferred
Physical Requirements
Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds
Operate manual and electric pallet jacks
Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
Stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to safely work around moving equipment and machinery
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Maintain productivity standards throughout the workday

Frequent material movement and inventory handling
Indoor manufacturing setting
Continuous interaction with press equipment and production tooling
Safety equipment and PPE may be required
Regular lifting, staging, and machine support activities
