This role is primarily responsible for testing, programming, and maintaining robotic systems within the press department, while supporting production needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesTest and program robotic systems to ensure proper operation and efficiencyChange out robot arms at a height of approximately 55 inches (arms vary in size and weight up to 60 lbs.)Perform frequent robot arm changeovers (7 arms per unit, approximately 18 times per week)Assist with loading tasks, including lifting and positioning bumpers up to 36 lbs. at heights up to 7 feetMonitor robot performance and identify issues affecting productionWork collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to support operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety and quality standardsAbility to lead and train others as this position is also the team leader for the press lineOther duties as assignedShift is 8 hours.
May work overtime up to 10–12 hours. Two 10-minute breaks per shift and a 20-minute meal break.
