The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:00PM - 1:00AMPrimary DutiesAdjust machine parts as needed to ensure proper speed, pressure, temperature for quality production.Monitor and control machines on a daily basis to maintain daily and weekly production schedule.Complete quality checks and paperwork every day to maintain production and industry regulations and company standards.Make sure work environment remains safe, uncluttered, clean and well-maintained by performing maintenance and general janitorial duties throughout shift as time allows.Look over all work orders and instructions to see which materials are needed to complete orders to full customer satisfaction.Understand shop orders, quantities, substrates, and patternsUnderstanding the scheduleDefects and how to correct themUnderstanding the Rewind/Unwind and all functions of the pressPattern Changes (Order of cylinders)Setting up the pressMake adjustments to manage the ink distribution, speed, and temperaturesOil and clean the presses and make minor repairsPerform preventive maintenanceUnderstanding the consoleStart presses and standards for print quality, registration, and coverage. Make adjustments as neededCollect print samples and inspect them during print runs to determine if any adjustments need to be made and make adjustments as needed.Trim system how to set-up engageWorking overtime as required, including weekends and holidaysWilling to move to off shifts if coverage is requiredPerform end of job clean upAll other duties as assigned by managementRequirementsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GEDMust be able to speak, read and write EnglishPrevious experience operating a forkliftPrevious experience in a warehouse/production environment preferredPhysical DemandsMust be able to stand, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, pivot/twist, balance, and climb.Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs.
