Press Operator Support

Press SupportPosition Summary: We're hiring a Press Support team member to support Flexo press operators in a fast-paced manufacturing/printing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on staging materials and tooling, assisting with press make-ready, maintaining organization, and helping the pressroom run safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality.Main Duties:Stage raw materials, ink, and tooling for Flexo presses.Assist press operators with setup/make-ready.Mount printing plates.Return unused materials and tooling to proper locations.Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory procedures.Coordinate with shipping/receiving to support inventory control.Organize and maintain dies, cylinders, anilox rolls, and other press tooling.Keep the pressroom clean and organized.Support maintenance and finishing departments as needed.Requirements:Ability to follow instructions and work safely.Strong organizational skills and mechanical aptitude.Reliable and punctual.2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs.Join us as we create quality products and maintain a supportive work atmosphere!
