By connecting with us, you position yourself for opportunities that align with what you're looking for.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, adjust, and operate various presses according to job specifications.Monitor machine operation, ensuring quality and adherence to production schedules.Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to press operation and product quality.Load raw materials and unload finished products, ensuring accurate material handling.Conduct in-process quality checks and make necessary adjustments to maintain product standards.Recommended QualificationsProven experience operating and setting up various printing presses (e.g., flexographic, digital, offset).Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments to machinery.Proficiency in reading and interpreting job specifications, blueprints, and production orders.Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality standards and perform in-process quality checks.Working knowledge of different ink types, substrates, and their applications.Commitment to safety protocols and procedures within a manufacturing environment.Bonus QualificationsExperience with preventative maintenance on pressesForklift certificationProficient in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring toolsBasic computer skills for data entry and machine operationJob Titles That Should ApplyPrinting Press Operator, Flexographic Press Operator, Lithographic Press Operator, Offset Press Operator, Gravure Press Operator, Digital Press Operator, Pressman, Plate Setter, Prepress Technician, Bindery OperatorWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
