You will follow order specifications and perform press set-up, press operations, general and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and safety-related housekeeping.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow order specifications/special instructions and ensure all production materials are at press prior to set-upSet up, operate and maintain UV digital press with high proficiencyOperate assigned press through production run performing required adjustments, maintenance, and maintaining consistent qualityRIP files produced from data files using digital print equipmentRecords and reports all finished production. Completes and processes all related documentation via PC or tabletMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reporting unsafe conditions and incidents, while maintaining quality standardsRecord maintenance and service calls in maintenance logbook as requiredTrains, assists, and supports other team members in problem solving and meeting department goals.
