Join us!We are looking for ambitious individuals, like you, to join our team.Work hours are 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm.Work a straight 8 hours shift with a paid lunch.Pay rate starts at $20.55/hour with scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment.Additional $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift.Eligible for monthly attendance bonus first full month of employment.Press Operator/Packer will be responsible for:Placing materials and removing finished parts into stamping pressWill be required to complete production and inspection reports as required.Maintain a clean, safe and organized work areaHourly inspection of partsPacking parts off conveyor into various totes/binsRequirements:Prefer 1 year of previous manufacturing experience in fast paced environmentHigh attention to detailAbility to work both in a team and independentlyPerform basic math skills- including working with percentages and fractionsAbility to use and understand quality gauges, quality fixturesAble to read and interpret tape measuresAbility to work in a factory environment- standing, bending.
