Come join a company that values you from day one!"Qualified candidates will:Excel in a fast-paced production environment using problem-solving skills to keep the press running smoothlyUse positive communication skills to mentor operators-in-training and keep the team focused on meeting productivity goals during all phases of productionBe responsible for maximizing productivity while maintaining a high level of quality in all printed materials produced on the pressSet up the press using detailed instructions to ensure the successful production of each projectMonitor the quality of materials being producedTroubleshoot problems and make necessary corrections, involving a mechanic when necessarySupervise the work of employees assigned to your press/teamExperience and Education:Must have a high school diploma or GEDMust have at least two years of prior experience operating a printing press, including working knowledge of 4-color process, UV curing, plow-folds, and ink jet personalization techniquesThis full-time position includes the following benefits:Shift Premiums for 2nd and 3rd ShiftsPerfect Attendance Bonus, paid weeklyMedical, Dental and Vision coverageFlexible Spending Account (FSA)401k saving plan with company matchPaid VacationPaid Holidays
