This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience and grow into advanced machine operation roles.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport production operations by assisting with Press operationsPack, label, and prepare products for next step in the processLoad materials and keep production equipment running efficientlyInspect product to ensure quality and accuracyAssist team during setup and changeoversFollow job tickets, instructions, and safety proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaSkills & QualificationsManufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred (not required)At least 4 years of web offset printing experienceAbility to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and measurement skillsStrong work ethic and reliabilityTeam-oriented with a willingness to learn and growPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
