Press OperatorWe are seeking a dependable and motivated individual for a Full-Time Press Operator.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Press Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 05:30pm)Operate compression molding presses to produce rubber parts according to precise specificationsRead, interpret, and follow manufacturing instructions and production orders accuratelyPerform quality checks on in-process and finished products; document and report any defects or issuesLoad raw materials into machines and remove finished parts efficientlyPress Operator Qualifications:Ability to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructionsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly (up to 50 lbs preferred)Ability to stand for extended periods (10-hour shifts)Previous manufacturing or press/machine operator experience preferredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
