MCC seeks a Press Operator to run and maintain production presses that support our global relief and peacebuilding work. The operator will set up, adjust, and monitor press equipment for safe, efficient output; inspect materials to meet quality and stewardship standards; and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime. This role collaborates closely with a small, cross-functional team, follows safety and environmental guidelines, and supports MCC’s faith-based mission by ensuring reliable, cost-effective production that enables program materials and resources to reach communities worldwide.
