As a leading pasta manufacturer, Richardson produces a wide range of high-quality dry pasta products for diverse markets and end uses.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor the extrusion/press process, ensuring correct mix levels, ratios, and equipment performanceCheck product quality during drying and quickly fix any issuesSet up and manage egg hoppers, ensuring proper loading and operationRecord machine readings and report any problems immediatelyKeep work areas and equipment clean and safePerform die changes and use correct partsReport machine issues, track downtime, and submit maintenance requests as neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institutionAble to work weekends, holidays and overtimePreferred Qualifications:Manufacturing experience, with experience in a food manufacturing environment preferredPhysical Requirements:Crouch, stoop, kneel, reach above shoulders, bend, balance, climb, work on ladder, push, pull, grasp, feel, perform fine manipulation, lift/carry, sit, stand and walk for extended periodsWork in dusty, high heat/humidity environments and confined spacesMake fine distinctions by soundCommunicate verbally and in writing, and distinguish objects or equipment visuallyShift: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6amSchedule: Rotating DaysStarting Pay: $21/hr
