Press Operator (2nd Shift)

This includes making frequent program adjustments utilizing custom frame press brake software (Shopgrid and Cincinnati), mathematical skills, and processing knowledge of custom frame brake press operations.Trains and instructs other operators in changeovers, trouble-shooting, and material handlingWorks from blueprints, routing tickets, and architects' drawings if applicableMust be able to mathematically calculate gauging and set-ups when processing special work and make adjustments accordinglyMove material into and out of work areaMaintain necessary records for documentationCheck quantities, size and types of tolerance for part being runOperate small tools such as tape measure, caliper, gauges, wrenches, test equipment
