Press Operator – 2nd Shift: Union, IllinoisOur customer in Union, Illinois, is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Press Operator to work full-time on 2nd shift. In this role, you will support production operations by operating press equipment, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities of the Press Operator:Operate press equipment to produce promotional products according to specifications.Monitor press operation to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.Inspect finished products for defects and verify they meet quality standards.Package final products and prepare them for shipment.Load and unload materials as needed to support production.Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the shift.Follow all safety procedures and work instructions at all times.Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.Press Operator Requirements and Qualifications:Previous experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Bilingual Spanish/English a plus, but not required.Pay for Press Operator:$16.00/hour.Press Operator Benefits:Health insurance.Paid time off.401k with company match.Paid weekly.Direct deposit.Paid training.Type:2nd Shift, Full-timeSchedule:Monday – Friday from 3:30pm – 12:00am.
