We are looking for individuals with the drive and desire to join our team and help us continue to grow.Summary: Responsible for preparing components for the molding process, running a molding press on our epoxy molding production line, and ensuring the highest level of quality of all parts produced.Essential FunctionsKeep up with production paperwork (work orders)Enter information into computerPrepare components for moldingInspect components prior to moldingLoad multiple components into the moldStart and monitor the molding cycleUnload parts from the mold when molding is completeInspect, de-flash, and patch the molded partsPack and identify completed partsAll other duties as assignedRequirementsProduction experience a plusSome computer skills neededAttention to detail and organizational skills neededMust be able to lift as much as 50 lbs. several times a dayMust be able to stand for the vast majority of the shiftMust be able to operate small handheld tools on a regular basisMust be able to visually inspect machined parts as well as gauge them utilizing several types of hand-held gaugesMust be able to perform manual work in a non-climate-controlled factory settingMust be available to work overtime hours on a shift or mandatory Saturday overtimeMust be 18 years of age or olderShift Details2nd Shift is M-TH, 4X10hr shifts, 4:45 pm – 3:15 am. All employees are expected to work overtime hours as needed.
