Stamping Press OperatorWe are seeking an experienced Stamping Press Operator to join our team on 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and experience setting up and operating stamping presses. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and takes pride in producing high-quality parts.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate stamping presses ranging from 20 to 400 tonInstall and align tooling for production runsMonitor press operation to ensure quality and efficiencyInspect parts using calipers, gauges, and micrometersDocument production and maintain accurate recordsTroubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustmentsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety policies and proceduresQualifications:3+ years of stamping press experience preferredAbility to set up and operate presses independentlyExperience with precision measuring toolsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsWillingness to work overtime as neededSchedule & Overtime:1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PMOvertime is always available but not requiredOpportunity to work 50+ hours per week if desiredBenefits:Competitive payMedical, dental, and life insurance401(k) with company matchHealth savings account (HSA)Paid time offHoliday payWeekly payReferral program
