Press Operator – 1st ShiftPay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour Shift: 1st ShiftJob Description: We are looking for dependable Press Operators to join a manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position involves operating a hydraulic press to produce ceramic parts, monitoring product quality, troubleshooting basic production issues, and performing minor equipment adjustments. Some manufacturing experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided.

This is a hands-on position well suited for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working with production machinery.Responsibilities:Operate a Dennison hydraulic press to produce ceramic partsInspect and monitor parts during the production processPerform minor press and die setup and adjustmentsTroubleshoot basic press and production issues as neededPerform minor mechanical repairs to the press and die when requiredFollow established safety, quality, and production proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform other production duties as assigned by managementQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferredMechanical aptitude and comfort working with machineryGood attention to detailGood vision, with corrective glasses if neededAbility to follow instructions and work safely around production equipmentDependable with a strong work ethicPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand in one place for several hoursAbility to repeatedly operate a foot pedal with one legGood hand speed and coordinationVery little heavy lifting required; most individual parts weigh less than 1 lb.Ability to manually slide a board of ware weighing up to 70 lbs. approximately 5 feet
