Press Flexo Press Operator

MCC seeks a Flexo Press Operator for 2nd and 3rd shift to run flexographic presses producing high-quality printed materials that support MCC’s faith-driven relief, development, and peacebuilding work. The operator will set up presses, mix inks, match colors, monitor print quality, and complete changeovers while meeting safety, stewardship, and waste-reduction standards. Working in a collaborative, mission-focused production team, this role follows detailed work orders, performs basic maintenance and troubleshooting, and supports consistent, timely output that helps resource MCC’s global ministry.
