Press Brake OperatorJoin our dynamic manufacturing team in Winsted, MN, as a skilled Press Brake Operator on the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal components according to specifications. This position requires attention to detail, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints effectively.
You will ensure all products meet quality standards while strictly adhering to safety protocols.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate press brake machines to perform bending operations on sheet metal.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances.Conduct quality inspections of finished products using calipers and other measuring tools.Program the press brake machine as needed for various production runs.Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures.QualificationsProven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in blueprint reading.Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.Experience with quality inspection processes to ensure product integrity.Previous experience working with sheet metal is highly desirable.Shift DetailsThis position is for the night shift. 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday through ThursdayBenefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
