Our goal is to extend the life and improve the performance of existing boilers.To support this goal, our manufacturing site, Boiler Tube of America, (BTA) manufactures pressure boiler components and auxiliary industrial boiler parts for boilers.We are currently seeking a Press Brake Operator for our manufacturing site in Wellford, SC. This position is responsible for the setup, programming, and operation of CNC press brake equipment to fabricate precision metal components.As a Press Brake Operator, you will:Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to produce parts to specificationInterpret complex blueprints, drawings, and work ordersSelect appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings for each jobPerform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and qualityMake machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues to maintain production efficiencyTrain and mentor entry-level operators (P1/P2) as neededEnsure compliance with safety standards and proper machine operation proceduresMaintain clean and organized work area (5S standards)Record production data and complete required documentation
