Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, precision, and turning technical drawings into finished products? Join our team as a Brake Press Operator, where you'll play a key role in transforming raw materials into high-quality manufactured components used in real-world applications. In this position, you'll operate advanced CNC brake press equipment, interpreting blueprints and CAD drawings to accurately form metal parts to exact specifications.

Every bend matters, and your attention to detail will help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate and set up CNC brake press equipment to manufacture precision metal components.Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions to determine proper bend sequences and specifications.Select appropriate tooling and machine settings to achieve required angles and dimensions.Form parts to tight tolerances, maintaining bend accuracy within ±0.3 degrees.Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools, including tape measures, calipers, and protractors.Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure customer specifications are met.Work with a variety of material types and thicknesses, applying knowledge of metal properties and forming techniques.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.Contribute to a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.Minimum 1-2 years of CNC Brake Press experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions.Strong understanding of measurements, angles, tolerances, and basic shop math.Ability to accurately use measuring instruments including tape measures, calipers, protractors, and angle gauges.Knowledge of various metal types, gauges, and material thicknesses.Experience performing machine setups and tooling changes.Ability to inspect parts and maintain quality standards.Basic computer skills for operating CNC controls and entering production information.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all company safety policies.Safety First We take safety seriously.
