Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM

BESTAFF is hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator for a great family-owned company in New Albany, IN. This is a machine shop environment where precision matters and skilled operators are valued. You'll work a steady 2nd shift schedule with weekends off and pay that reflects the experience you bring. What You'll Do
* Set up and operate a press brake to form 11 gauge sheet metal parts to specification
* Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up each job
* Select and install the correct tooling and dies for each part
* Measure and check bends and angles using tape measures, calipers, and protractors
* Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, and make adjustments as needed
* Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe in a machine shop setting
* Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
What You Bring
* At least 2 years of hands-on press brake operating experience
* Experience forming 11 gauge material
* Ability to read and understand blueprints
* Strong measuring skills and attention to detail
* Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
