Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to support the fabrication of custom metal products. This role requires a highly skilled operator capable of performing machine setups, die changes, and producing precision-bent components from engineering drawings.
Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC and manual press brake equipment
* Perform die changes and tooling adjustments
* Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
* Verify dimensions and ensure products meet specifications
* Troubleshoot machine and production issues
* Maintain quality standards and production schedules
* Collaborate with welders and fabrication personnel to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
* 3+ years of press brake experience
* Experience performing complete machine setups and die changes
* Strong blueprint reading abilities
* Experience using calipers, tape measures, and precision measuring equipment
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Experience in a custom fabrication environment preferred
