Press Brake Operator – $25–$28/hr | 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire

CloudRay is currently looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. We are seeking individuals who are proficient in managing CNC press brake machinery, interpreting technical blueprints, choosing appropriate tooling, fine-tuning equipment parameters, and verifying the quality of completed components.

Core Duties:

  • Configure and run CNC press brake machinery.
  • Interpret technical blueprints, production orders, and project specifications.
  • Choose and mount necessary dies, punches, and related tooling.
  • Load, modify, and resolve issues with CNC programming.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Utilize precision instruments like micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
  • Help maintain a safe, high-quality, and efficient production environment through accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a GED, high school diploma, or equivalent professional background.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with CNC press brakes or comparable metal-forming equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering schematics and understand dimensional tolerances.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various precision measurement devices.
  • Fundamental knowledge of shop-related mathematics.
  • Strong mechanical inclination and a focus on precision to ensure high-quality output.

Compensation and Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Employment Status: Temp-to-Hire
  • Payment Frequency: Weekly pay
