Press Brake Operator / Fabrication Technician

Job TitleCutting Edge Fabrication seeks a highly motivated individual with press brake expertise.You will produce metal parts and components, meeting production schedules while maintaining quality and profitability.

Responsibilities include problem-solving, accurate press brake forming, bump forming, bending, and rolling metal components to print specifications.In this job, you will be responsible for the following:Set up brake press jobs.Edit and prove out programs.Produce parts to print specifications.Inspect parts using protractors, squares, tape measure, caliper, height gauges, etc.Participate in continuous improvement culture, including lean initiatives.Keep the department organized and clean for a safe working environment.Other duties as required.RequirementsExperience working with various metals (steel, stainless, aluminum, etc.).Shop math knowledge.Read and understand blueprints.Able to read a tape measure and use other measuring devices.Exceptional attention to detail.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Forklift and overhead crane experience.Must have good attendance and be on time.Embrace and demonstrate company values.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.Cutting Edge Fabrication provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
