We're seeking a Press Brake Operator who takes pride in precision, quality, and producing high-quality sheet metal components in a fast-paced production environment.Press Brake Operator Requirements1–2+ years of CNC press brake experience in manufacturing or fabrication.Experience with Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, Bystronic, or similar equipment.Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and mechanical specifications.Knowledge of sheet metal forming, bend allowances, and tooling setup.Experience using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Commitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.Press Brake Operator Job DutiesSet up, operate, and monitor CNC press brake machines.Read blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and production changeovers.Bend and form sheet metal to customer specifications.Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and material issues.Complete production documentation and quality records.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while supporting production goals.Benefits: Competitive weekly pay you can count on.
