Press Brake OperatorLocation: Addison, IL 60101Pay Rate: $21.00/hrShift: 1stPress Brake Operator Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator to set up and operate hydraulic press brake equipment to form metal parts according to customer orders, specifications, and production schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate hydraulic press brake equipment.Read and interpret drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and angles.Calculate bend locations, tonnage, and appropriate tooling.Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.Identify missing or incorrect parts and notify management.Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.Properly stack and handle completed parts to prevent damage and unnecessary handling.Keep production schedules and order status up to date.Identify equipment issues or out-of-tolerance conditions and report problems to management.Follow all company safety procedures and requirements.QualificationsPrevious press brake experience preferred. Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and measurements. Basic math skills, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to follow safety procedures and management direction.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
