Candidates must be able to work both 6pm-6am & 6am-6pm on a rotating shift.
As a Press Assistant, you will:
- Stack, bundle, and palatalize printed products coming off press equipment
- Operate and stage stacker equipment based on production requirements
- Package products according to load tickets and prepare shipments
- Inspect printed materials for quality defects and report issues
- Assist press operators during setup and changeovers
- Help with cleaning, maintenance, and organization of press equipment and work areas
- Change ink, wipe blankets, mount plates and blankets, and assist with press preparation
- Keep production areas stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
