About the Role

Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth
• Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams to ensure exceptional service standards
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
• Drive marketing, branding, and customer engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business expansion

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior restaurant or hospitality management leadership
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
• Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of food service operations, quality standards, and guest experience
• Experience with staff recruitment, training, and performance management
• Knowledge of local health codes, food safety regulations, and compliance requirements
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the restaurant industry
