ScopeHoulihan Lokey's Presentations Design Team is seeking a full-time Presentations Designer to join our team in LA, with a primary focus on conceptualizing and designing high-impact investment banking pitch books. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting visually compelling presentations, as well as ensuring the consistency and quality of document formatting across Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. While production and formatting tasks are part of the role, emphasis is placed on innovative design and creative input. This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.ResponsibilitiesAs a Presentations Designer, you will:-Design and execute PowerPoint pitch books and client presentationsApply and update client templates to presentations with consistency and technical formattingCreate company branded and client charts, graphs, tables, icons and other infographicsCreate fully functional client branded PowerPoint templatesImplementation of design principles; such as layout, alignment, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing and effective presentationsPerform photo re-touching and photo manipulationPerform Logo creation, recreation or vectorizationDesign or recreate highly detailed and complex maps (shale, oil, pipelines)Design print collateral (invitations, signage, and banners)Format Word, Excel and PowerPoint documentsOther similar presentation design or document formatting requestsBasic Qualifications2+ years of experience as a Presentation Designer or similar capacity designing and editing financial documents, spreadsheets and presentationsExpert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel (non-technical), and Adobe Acrobat ProAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorStrong knowledge and experience designing infographics, financial charts, tables and graphsAbility to work independently on a project or collaboratively as a team player and able to integrate with a diverse team with varying opinions and ideasAbility to take ideas and think creatively to make professional, aesthetically pleasing layouts while maintaining company identity standardsAbility to work with a job ticketing system, work well under pressure and make quick sound decisionsProfessional written and verbal communications skillsFlexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlinesResearch skills - know the places to look and manage time spent efficientlyStrong aptitude to acclimatize and learn quicklyPreferred QualificationsPreferred Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphics, Business or related field

$31.25 - $36.05
