Presentations Analyst

This role will be responsible for managing presentation content, coordinating stakeholder requests, and ensuring high-quality presentation materials are delivered accurately and efficiently. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong project coordination skills with a keen eye for detail and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:* Manage and prioritize presentation requests from Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and other business stakeholders* Create, update, customize, and maintain client-facing presentations and marketing materials* Review content for accuracy, formatting, branding consistency, version control, and overall quality.* Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and distribution of presentation materials* Maintain content libraries, templates, and presentation assets within a presentation management platform* Support process improvements, workflow enhancements, and future automation initiativesRequirements* Experience in presentation production, content operations, marketing operations, sales enablement, or a related field* Strong attention to detail and quality control skills* Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization abilities* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment* Financial services industry experience* Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:* Experience with presentation/content management platform* Experience supporting content governance, presentation libraries, or sales enablement initiatives* Experience with workflow automation, process improvement, or content management projects* Comfortable working within a growing team and helping establish new processes and best practicesJob TypeContractCompensation38 - $44
