Supporting members in accessing the lowest cost medications, the hybrid remote Prescription Benefit Representative will coordinate administrative processes, communicate with healthcare providers, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure timely completion of applications and follow-up activities. Key Responsibilities Work with members to identify the lowest cost medications suitable for them Conduct outreach to gather necessary information for medication access Communicate with physician offices and pharmacies to facilitate medication procurement Required Qualifications Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy, insurance, or equivalent experience Experience in a pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or insurance benefits setting preferred Pharmacy Technician experience is helpful Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of plan benefits
