Preschool Program Director

Job Description:

Elite Therapy is seeking a Preschool Director to oversee the daily operations of a preschool program, ensuring a safe, educational, and nurturing environment for children.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum and educational activities
• Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff and support personnel
  
• Work with a team of Therapy staff (Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Board Certified Behavioral Analysts) to develop a multi-disciplinary approach to enhance outcomes and achieve individual client-centered goals.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress and program updates.
• Manage the budget and resources to ensure the program's financial sustainability.
