We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Education Director to oversee the educational program and support the daily operations of our preschool/daycare..
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS teaching certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field required
- Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Education Director, Administrative Director, or similar leadership role in a preschool/daycare setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills..
- Strong attention to detail..
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills..
- Ability to effectively support teachers, staff, children, and families..
- Knowledge of early childhood education practices, curriculum development, and NYS childcare regulations preferred..
