Preschool Director
Location: Rosemount, MN
Base pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Communicate with parents daily
- Assist with hiring of all staff
- Staffing of facility
- Uphold licensing requirements
- Staff training and conflict resolution
- Conduct parent meetings
- Attend corporate director trainings & meetings
- Maintain center enrollment
- Have fun!
Requirements
- CDA, Associate’s Degree or higher
- Minnesota director qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience working with children 0–13 years old
- Management experience
