Responsibilities
- Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.
- Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Guide teachers in implementing proprietary curriculum, leveraging passion for learning. Use engaging characters to drive curriculum, creating fun and enriching learning experience.
- Drive consistent business results: family retention, conversion, enrollment growth, efficient operations. Manage accounts receivable/payable, generate monthly P&L reports, oversee payroll.
- Engage prospective families through in-person and virtual tours, showcase benefits. Organize community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year (required).
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet other state guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
