Enchanted Care seeks a Preschool Assistant Principal to support daily school leadership in our nurturing early childhood center. In partnership with the Principal, you’ll ensure a safe, engaging environment for preschool and pre-K children while supporting teachers and families.
Responsibilities include helping oversee curriculum implementation, classroom quality, licensing and health/safety compliance, staff scheduling and coaching, and family communication. You’ll model positive, child-centered practices, assist with enrollment and tours, and help lead school events. This role offers strong training, growth opportunities, and the chance to build lasting relationships with children, families, and staff.
