You will own territory plans, establish relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, and drive first-script adoption into sustainable growth.
You will lead trainings, execute the brand strategy, and ensure compliance in all activities, reporting to the Area Sales Director. This is a launch-focused, performance-driven role.
