To support a growing sales team, the full-time Presale Support Analyst will manage the RFP process, prepare medical, dental, and vision quotes, and collaborate with internal and external partners in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Prepare medical, dental, and vision field quotes using Cigna rating systems Manage the RFP process, ensuring timely submission of accurate proposal data to Underwriting and other partners Communicate effectively with Brokers and internal teams to facilitate the RFP workflow and support sales managers Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Health insurance background with a general understanding of the sales process preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
