Job Summary – Prepared Foods AssociateProvide prompt and courteous service to customersWeigh, wrap, code and price products accuratelyDisplay product in cases as directed in the highest standards of presentationSet up and breakdown cases, stock freezer, check and remove out of date items, and rotate products according to company standardsMake sandwiches/hoagies for cold caseMeasure and mix ingredients following recipes or using prepared mixes as directedMaintain knowledge of all products sold in the departmentCook, season and/or bake foods as directedMaintain good housekeeping of work, display and storage areas, which also includes dishwashingOther duties as assigned by managerMust be 18 years oldPhysical Demands:Stand on feet, bend forward, stoop or walk for the majority of the time on dutyWork in freezer and/or cooler for short periods of timeLift chickens in and out of ovens and rotisserieLift cases/containers of product up to 40 poundsMust have days, nights and weekend availabilityMust be available to work between 12 to 29 hours per week
