This employee's responsibilities will include washing dishes, pots and pans and other equipment as assigned and maintaining a clean work environment as well as light food prep and other tasks as assigned by the Chef Manager. Representing not only the client but NEXDINE as well, this person needs to exhibit great customer service in all aspects of this job.Utility Essential Functions and Key Tasks:Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using Dishwasher / Utility Workers or by handMaintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly conditionResponsible for receiving product from vendors, organize stockPlace clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areasSort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areasClean and rotate the walk-in coolerAssist with food prepOther duties of the Utility Worker are assigned by the Chef ManagerRequirements:Must be able to work independently as well as part of a teamMust be dependableMust be able to lift up to 40 pounds
