Our Crack Shack family says birds of a feather flock together. Hence, we share an obsession for quality food and memorable dining experiences. A Day In The Shack

When your inspiration is as wide as the world and your chickens as free as the ranges they roam, a culinary treat beyond the ordinary is ready to hatch.You will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution and preparing high-quality food for our Guests.
- Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
- Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
- Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, etc.
- Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees, etc.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out the trash, etc.
- Prepare daily pastry and baked goods.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous kitchen is preferred . But we offer on-the-job training.
- Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
- Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
