From maintaining a clean and organized workspace to assisting with food preparation, your work directly supports the quality, efficiency, and success of our restaurant operations. The Dish/Prep Team Member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen while assisting with food preparation and station setup. This role helps ensure our culinary team has the tools, ingredients, and support needed to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service to every Guest.What You'll DoWash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing and prep area.Assist with food preparation and ingredient prep according to company recipes and standards.Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up kitchen stations for service.Safely operate kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors.Support fellow Team Members and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.Help maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining areas, and restaurant according to company standards.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.What We're Looking ForDependable, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train motivated candidates.Why You'll Love Working with Long Doggers EateriesWe believe great employees deserve great benefits and opportunities.
