TKS Restaurants (The Kebab Shop) is hiring a Prep Cook to support our fast-paced Mediterranean kitchen. In this role, you’ll wash, chop, and portion fresh produce and proteins, prepare sauces and toppings, and set up stations to keep service running smoothly. You’ll follow recipes and food safety standards, label and store items correctly, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Working closely with cooks and team members, you’ll ensure guests receive high-quality, great-tasting food quickly. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn kitchen operations and grow into advanced back-of-house positions.
